At Lush Euphoria, we value your trust and satisfaction. Due to safety and hygiene concerns, perfume products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. We strictly follow a No Return Policy to maintain product authenticity and ensure customer safety.
However, in rare cases where:
• You receive a damaged product, or
• You receive an incorrect item,
we are happy to assist you as follows:

1. Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing (opening) video of the package as proof.
After verification and investigation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

2. Incorrect Product
If you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video.
After verification, we will exchange the product and dispatch the correct item at no additional cost to you.

• Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
• Returns or refunds are not applicable for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
